- **Manage House Account**: Manage & service the house account customers along with the customer service team & work towards growing the account.

**Key Duties:**

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.

- Provide clear direction and support to the sales team, monitoring performance and offering guidance as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements.

- Partner with marketing agencies to create impactful marketing materials.

**Key Requirements:**

- Proven track record in sales, with a preference for experience in the pressure-sensitive tape industry.

- Minimum of five years of experience in Sales and Digital Marketing.

- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Prior Management experience is preferred
